There have been two very special people that have helped me with the care of my home. Both ladies are super special as they provide help and care over the years. While their job title may not be shiny, their efforts always left an impression.
Nature gets special help and care from the hyenas. While they are known for their bullying tactics to overcome prey, they provide cleaning services removing elements that would cause disease. Having the ability to remove diseases from your ecosystem has a superpower ring to me!
We had two spottings of hyenas during our travel. One late at night and another during the day. Observing the hyena during the day, we were able to see how long the front legs were compared to the back legs that give them the lopsided gait. Strange to see asymmetric limbs on a single animals and it was a wonder to watch them scramble back into the brush for cover.
